As a result of KBS's reputation and basic pillars of integrity and honesty, KBS account manager was asked to come up with ideas to reduce costs and security risks related to the facility service providers. The Customer has come to recognize that when a KBS manager tells them something, “they can take it to the bank.”
Implemented solution – Teller Trash: Have tellers bag their own trash, under the verification of the supervisor, at the end of their shift.
This ensures that there is no cash in the trash, as well as ensuring that all important documents that need to be saved are filed where they need to be filed or shredded, in the case of highly sensitive documents.
