Whether the support services we offer are self-provided, vendor managed or a combination of both, KBS bases its service platform on a well-honed, hybrid operating model that delivers consistent service and brand standards from coast to coast.

In some instances, it is most efficient for us to directly provide our integrated facility support services with KBS employees. In other instances, it is more appropriate to deliver our services through proactive management of KBS vendors. In other cases, the best solution may include a blend of KBS employees and proactive vendor management depending on the complexity, service bundle and/or geography.
