CBRE, a global leader in real estate services and a long-time customer of Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS), awarded KBS with the prestigious 2018 Client Care Dark Green Outcomes Award.

The Dark Green Award is given to one supplier in the Americas annually and is the highest customer care level amongst all of CBRE’s thousands of vendors in the Americas. KBS was nominated by numerous end customer accounts that we serve, and a CBRE executive committee selected the winner.

Nathaniel Shaw, Chief Commercial Officer for KBS, accepted the award at the 2018 CBRE Global Workforce Solutions leadership conference for the Americas, which took place September 25-27, 2018 in Chicago.

“We extend our congratulations to everyone at KBS at every level for their contribution in achieving this award,” said Shaw. “Your hard work day-in and day-out is greatly appreciated. Customers First. People Always.”

Several members of the KBS family of companies provide services to CBRE including KBS, Varsity Facility Services, Empire Services, East Coast Lot & Pavement and National Maintenance Systems.

Shaw added, “I was proud to accept this award on behalf of our entire team that includes Eric Luke, president of Varsity, Zulfiqar Rashid, president of KBS operations, Marc Collings, senior vice president for Sales of KBS/Varsity, and Mark Minasian, KBS chief executive officer, who has provided outstanding leadership for more than 30 years that led us to this moment. Kudos to all of our account teams who are directly involved with one of our CBRE accounts.”
