KBS Employees Donate Toys to Local Children to Brighten their Holidays

Tuesday, December 26, 2017

Employees at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) collected more than 100 toys this month to make children’s holidays a bit brighter. Employees coordinated toy drives at the Oceanside, Calif. and Maumee, Ohio corporate offices in December to benefit charities in their respective communities.

“KBS cares about the impact we have on our communities and we’re pleased to support these great causes,” said Nathaniel Shaw, Executive Vice President. “Our employees are generous with their time and money, supporting many charities around the U.S. that are important to them. While the majority of our employees are working at more than 41,000 customer locations, we love to see the great things that the staff in our corporate offices accomplishes.”

In Oceanside, employees donated dozens of new, unwrapped toys to benefit children of local military families. Employees delivered the toys to the Armed Services YMCA of Camp Pendleton who opened Santa’s Workshop for parents to select gifts for their children. The Armed Services YMCA of Camp Pendleton provides a wide array of programs to support military families and children to allow them to survive the stresses of military life and thrive.

Donations piled up in the Oceanside office. Our generous team members donated dozens of toys for local children.
