Why can’t the robot execute a task?

This usually means the robot’s start position is too close to a virtual wall.

Check whether the robot’s task start position is too close to the virtual wall. Push the robot to an open area and try again.

FYI

Once you turn on the robot, manually push it around for a bit so it can locate itself — or move it to the maintenance point to choose the located point.
