What do I do when the robot is showing offline?
If the robot fails to start for the first time after receipt, work through these steps.
Turn on the main power switch.
Open the small front door of the machine and press the reset button for 3 seconds, then release.
Start the robot using the key switch — turn to your right and hold until the blue light appears.
If the robot still does not turn on:
Turn on the main power switch.
Unplug the charger's AC INPUT from the wall and wait at least 15 seconds.
Insert the charger's DC OUTPUT (located below the draining hose).
Plug the AC INPUT back into the wall outlet.
Open the small front door and press the reset button for 3 seconds, then release.
Start the robot using the key switch — turn right and hold until the blue light appears.
