Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, the largest provider of contract cleaning and related services to retailers in North America, has hired two key executives.
Nathaniel Shaw has been appointed Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing organization, identifying strategic market opportunities, and driving company growth. Mr. Shaw was most recently Vice President of Business Development with the retail services division of Compass Group USA. KBS CEO Mark Minasian stated, “Nat is a very talented, proven industry sales leader and we are very pleased he has joined the KBS team. Nat will play a key leadership role as we expand our service offerings and enter new end markets.”
Mazen Rihani has been appointed Senior Vice President of National Accounts. He will be overseeing relationship management for the Company’s most important clients, and will be responsible for customer retention and satisfaction. Mr. Rihani was most recently Director of Key Accounts at Compass Group USA’s retail services division. “Having an executive of Mazen’s caliber dedicated to ensuring our customers’ expectations are being met or exceeded every day is key to creating long term value for our customers and stakeholders. Proactive, 360 degree analysis of performance indicators, coupled with ongoing solution oriented communication with our customers is a key differentiator of KBS.
