KBS Shift Leaders reporting directly to Site Managers servicing Client's sites are expected to provide an excellent experience to our customers and our KBS employees in a fast-paced environment, complex operations facility over 1 million square feet. This position is responsible for providing support and assisting management and our customers in the day-to-day operations of our business. A shift lead is part of the team and works the floor Provides supervision to baseline janitorial employees ensuring crew members are fully trained and equipped to execute daily activities meeting the expectations of their role with a “Consider it done” innovative approach.

PAY:$18/hr

Experience Required:

• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory related experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including time management and ability to prioritize and set clear expectations
• Familiar with supporting call-outs by directly working or splitting up shifts amongst the team and shift lead successfully covering operations daily schedules
• Ability to resolve Client's requests and concerns in a fast paced environment
• Customer Service oriented, friendly and positive demeanor with ability to motivate team members and support customer requests orderly, timely and with a good attitude
• Must successfully pass KBS background check and have a valid Driver’s License

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. stoop, balance, climb, kneel, crawl, bend, or reach and walk/stand for a period of 8-12 hours in an environment of variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variations
